Website Turismo de Tavira

Tavira is a municipality that invites you to stroll around and take in the sights. With its remarkable diversity, the result of the rich cultural and natural heritage that defines it, it is considered one of the most beautiful cities in the Algarve. Representing Portugal in the Mediterranean Diet, recognized by UNESCO as Cultural and Intangible Heritage of Humanity, Tavira has promoted various initiatives to safeguard and pass on to future generations this way of life, a legacy of knowledge and practices of Mediterranean civilizations and peoples, shaped by millenary community experiences.

The main goal of this project was to promote tourism in the Tavira region and all its related tourist attractions/products through the creation of a website with simple, intuitive navigation and responsive adaptation to different devices—Mobile First—supported by an easy-to-edit content solution through a user-friendly back office. This platform communicates Tavira's attractions more effectively and enables the Municipality to promote events and services more efficiently, creating a digital presence that reflects the city's welcoming and culturally rich character.

Our goal in developing the graphic line for the website was to create a design tailored exclusively to the city of Tavira. In other words, if this layout were applied to tourism for any other city, it would not be well-represented, as the elements were thoughtfully designed specifically for Tavira, using features unique to the city.
