MyKIA PT is the name of the first application of KIA Portugal that is available for iOS e Android in multilanguage version (Portuguese and English). The app enables the scheduling of the revision and maintenance services in the group's concessionaire network, and it is also an instrument of immediate interaction with KIA's Customer Support in two ways: phone calls or through Whatsapp.
The MyKia PT app also has a Travel Assistance contact functionality, even when offline. Furthermore, it also enables viewing information on product launches and commercial campaigns, and accessing promotions, offers and exclusive discounts at other partners and services.
LOBA was in charge of the innovative design and development of the application, and for its integration with Salesforce for the management of customer relations.
