Building Safer Cities Tool - CCI

The tool aims at supporting the effective planning, design and development of safe urban environments.
This tool comprises a training programme, policy guide and process protocol that support police, planners, architects and developers in developing a common understanding of CP-UDP and their role in its delivery. Together with policy guidance and the process protocol, the tool enables the Estonian Police and Border Guard officers to support the effective planning, design and development of safe urban environments.

Additionally, LOBA developed an informative website and materials to support in the dissemination of this tool (such as a PowerPoint template).
