5SS - Five Senses Shelter

Inspired by topographical maps, nature and the nurturing of sensations, LOBA's challenge was to create a symbol that, in itself, could incorporate differentiation from an engineering point of view (flexibility, optimisation, efficiency and robustness) together with the fluidity and dynamism of 5 sense experience in nature.

The image for Five Sense Shelter is thus a symbol composed of the initials of its naming 5SS which, through a neutral lettering combined with tomes that connect us to the earth and to nature, communicate all the required aspects for the brand, reminiscent not only of the elegance and robustness of an architectural element, but also its engagement and inspiration in the environment.

The result is an identity that reflects the Claim of 5SS: "A masterpiece of Architecture and Engineering in Nature" through a modern, dynamic and differentiating visual image.
